So many presentations, so little time

October 2, 2007 · 4 Comments

Somehow, October turned into Presentation Month for me. I’m going to be kicking off my library’s Tuesday Tech Talk series tonight with a whirlwind tour of IM, video chat, and text messaging. If you’re part of our 10 Things program and you’re looking to get a leg up on Thing 3, this might be a good opportunity for you to get some hands-on experience.

I’m also part of a preconference panel at the ILA convention next week, where I’ll be discussing the intersection of library service and web technologies. That one will be on the 9th, at 9:30 AM.

Finally, on October 24th, I’ll be doing a talk on Flickr at the Metropolitan Library System’s Chicago office. I’ll be teaming up with Rick from the Thomas Ford Memorial Library to present that one.

I am also available for weddings and bar mitzvahs, so make your reservations today. Those key June dates tend to get booked up quick.
